Edwards Bacon is made with the leanest pork available, and slowly smoked over smoldering hickory logs. Then, we slice it medium-thick for optimum smoked flavor (and cooking time that doesn't try your patience and keep your family waiting). In the pan, you'll see the first sign of Edwards quality: It doesn't shrivel up to a fraction of its original size.
Our bacon is the perennial Blue Ribbon winner at the Virginia State Fair...truly tough competition that only the best survive. Wouldn't now be a great time to treat your family to the best bacon they've ever tasted? Three 12 oz. packages per box (2 1/4 lbs.), or six 12 oz. packages (4 1/2 lbs.).

But then, I gave in. And, boy, am I glad I did. This bacon is a pefect example of the idea that you get what you pay for. It's worth every cent of its price - and more!
