Surry Sausage Chowder
With thanks to the owner of La Petite Tea room, a popular restaurant in nearby Williamsburg, Virginia, I'm proud to offer this delicious sausage chowder in our catalog. Surry Chowder is made from rich chicken stock, tomatoes, squash, zucchini, chick peas, corn, carrots, onions, brown sugar, spices and - last, but not least - Edwards hickory-smoked Surry Sausage.
To my mind, the only thing that can make this delicious chowder even better is more Surry Sausage. (Okay, so I'm a little prejudiced.) That's why I'm offering an optional package of Surry Sausage...so you can enhance your chowder servings like I do, with more sausage chunks. Three 15 oz. cans Surry Chowder; also available with 12 oz. Edwards Surry Sausage.

It is rich and delicious, and makes a nice meal any time of the day or night. It's especially good in cold weather. You can add additional sausage, or vegetables to it if you like. You can make an entire meal out of nothing more than a big bowl of this soup and a big slice of buttered sour-dough bread.
